Prepare a clear laser cutting enquiry

For cutting profiles, email your DXF drawing with a dimensioned PDF and the drawing revision. State the material grade, sheet thickness and quantity for each part. Confirm the drawing units and identify any contours intended for marking rather than cutting.

If the part will be formed after cutting, include the finished part drawing as well as any available flat pattern. This lets the cutting and bending requirements be reviewed as one manufacturing scope.

Profile details that affect the quotation

Identify small holes, narrow slots, detailed contours and critical edges on the drawing. Include your required tolerances and any mating parts, so manufacturability and inspection requirements can be reviewed. Material and thickness suitability, part dimensions and the required edge condition are confirmed for each job.

Tell us whether you need cut parts only or additional CNC bending, assembly through our sheet metal fabrication service, or powder coating. List these operations in the enquiry to keep the quoted scope clear.

The form below accepts a PDF, JPG or PNG up to 5 MB. For DXF files, multiple drawings or a complete parts list, email Ramymaher@sanna3.com. Include a contact name, company, quantities and requested delivery date.

A clear cutting file helps separate the finished part profile from dimensions, notes and marking requirements. Identify cut-through features and any requested marking separately. Material, thickness, part geometry and the required result are reviewed before we confirm production.

What to send for a quotation

• CAD cutting files where available, plus a dimensioned PDF reference.
• Material grade, sheet thickness and quantity per part.
• Drawing units, revision number and any scale information.
• Critical holes, slots, tolerances and edge requirements.
• Whether material is supplied by you or included in the quotation.
• Any bending, welding, coating or delivery requirements after cutting.

How do I send CAD files?

Email CAD files to Ramymaher@sanna3.com with a PDF reference and part quantities. The website form accepts PDF, JPG and PNG references. File suitability, material and manufacturing limits are confirmed after review; do not treat an unreviewed drawing as production approval.
